Our usual driver (Maria) from the Peterborough depot is fantastic, but if she's off we have no chance of getting a delivery.
This time, as last time, the moron of a driver didn't even get the right post code.
DPD need to buy new Sat Navs or employ drivers with at least three brain cells instead of the muppets they send when Maria's not in.
Look at the ratings - over 93% one star!! If I was Boris Winkelmann (their CEO) I would be kicking some backsides, but they appear not to give a toss.
