Failed to deliver food parcel to partially sighted disabled elderly lady during bitterly cold weather because one letter AT END of postcode was misprinted. NOt rocket science to locate address then Southampton DPD. Now "customer service" (please insert bitter laughter at the department label here) say the parcel may not be delivered for another 2 days!
All complaints go via central customer service who clearly read from a list of lame excuses. Complaints don't go directly to the people responsible as they have absolutely no intentions of solving any problems.
Utterly shameful lack of accountability, they don't deserve to be in business.
