Tried to contact DPD by phone was put on hold, voice message said very busy could be 4,minuets wait, it took more than 30minuets for someone to answer, I was then lied to.
To add insult to Injury I discovered I had been charged 45p/per min total of £18 to hear these lies.
I had to get in touch with the sender to sort out the problem,
Absolute disaster, bunch of crooks. Would have left no stars if it was possible
