No delivery, waited in all day, same as many people here, was texted to say I was not at home, while I was waiting by the door for the parcel ... . Later I was sent a photograph of an entirely different property, as 'proof' that delivery had been attempted by the driver. The latest of a series of nightmares with dpd - the consequence is generally no goods received plus days of life lost in waiting and stress, without being able to go out and do anything else. It is time UK companies like this, who are actively hostile to the customer, were prevented from trading. The vendor - mpb.com - has helpful support staff but a policy that results in their taking your cash and hanging on to it, despite dpd's non deliveries and spurious photos - they are clearly aware of dpd's reputation. We in the UK should not put up with this, we are too passive. Perhaps vendor companies could make a selling point out of saying "We never use dpd!"
