Very poor customer service (based only on the one man I spoke to last week). When I phoned to ask about a missed delivery his tone was very abrupt and not helpful in the slightest.
Re the messaging that a package will arrive. Whilst helpful, it doesn't allow for the recipient to choose a time we will be home, so we either keep on missing deliveries or else rearrange it each day! The system would not change the address to my work address. And it also never tells me where the package is coming from, so I have no idea if it is small enough to be left in a porch cupboard etc. So again; really not much use.
