Incompetent and dishonest.
Received email confirming delivery on its way and to expect a text confirming time slot, immediately requested delivery to local puck up. Promptly received text confirming ok, it would be next day and will send a delivery pass when it arrives. That was yesterday morning and all good...
Late tonight they email - apparently no was in when they just tried to deliver (I was) and they left a card (they didn't) and they'll try again Tuesday (4 days time). Easter stuff after Easter.... and when we're out of the country..... AVOID
