DPD have a great tracking service which notifies you via email when packet is on its way, which also allows you to designate a safe place if you are out. I requested to leave item in shed, we have cctv onsite too and are in the middle of nowhere anyway so quite safe. This was confirmed in return email. Packet was only vitamin pills so no value. We also have a sign on front door that states DO NOT DELIVER POST TO NEIGHBOURS. Village idiot driver left packet with nutty neighbours!!! sigh. I shall now be making a complaint to the company who sent the goods and wont be using any company who uses DPD again. Idiots.
