It has been a reassuringly long amount of time since I have dealt with brainlessness and ineptitude on the scale that DPD have displayed. If you order anything and see that they are using DPD, cancel the order. Honestly. Cancel it. Life is just too short.
When you try to talk to them about trying to retrieve a package from the nether-world that is one of their depots, you realise you are talking to someone whose spinal cord doesn’t quite touch their brain.
