Two things:
1) One delivery driver forged a previous tenants signature. And left my parcels in the communal hallway where they could have been stolen.
2) Second delivery wasn't delivered because the driver didn't read instructions via the app as to where my flat is. Twice he ignored my instructions, and also the same instructions left by DPD customer service.
I am disabled and unable to get out a lot of the time, hence why I have things delivered.
What makes me laugh is that no one else has had an issue and used common sense to call me to let me know that they are here.
DPD are atrocious. Avoid.
