DPD deserve a medal for exceptional incompetence and utter stupidity
They sent text messages informing me that their driver would deliver my package, stating time and day and then nothing.
Contacted them delivery rearranged for next day only for the same thing happening again. This has happened for 5 consecutive days now I still have no parcel and today I was told that the driver cannot find my address. I live in London not somewhere in the middle of nowhere. And the Make It Right team are as useless as their drivers.
They obviously employ a set of monkeys.
