DPD have to be the absolute WORST company I've ever had the displeasure of using. I ordered my phone on next day delivery last Tuesday so was due LAST WEDNESDAY and yet here I am STILL waiting for my phone!!! They have ZERO communication and useless customer service.. Constantly being told "it will come tomorrow" then the next day and then the next... Then a week late to be told I would receive a delivery slot this morning before 11am and STILL NOTHING.. What a surprise!!!! I have been on hold since 2pm then when someone finally answered I got cut off!!! Here I am waiting YET AGAIN FOR MY DELIVERY whilst STILL on hold to inevitably be told that "it will be delivered tomorrow" by some incompetent idiot that has no idea what's going on AND WITH ZERO CONFIDENCE THAT THEY WILL EVEN BOTHER TO DELIVER IT!!! AVOID!!!!
