I´m only giving this company one star as I can´t give them no stars. I had a very important package being sent to me this morning, and had been texted a time slot where I should stay in. I specifically wrote the address as the company that I work for - which is the only company in the building - but there is a door to the flats above to the side. The driver didn´t bother to read the name of the company he should deliver this package too or the instructions and therefore didn´t deliver my parcel. I now have to hope that they can read tomorrow. Absolutely 0 for effort. Would highly recommend to never use this company seeing that their drivers are not able to find very clear locations that are right on the street in central London.
