One of the DPD drivers who delivers parcels to our museum, by the name of Ashley, has been several times rude to our staff and volunteers. He has also sometimes left parcels in unattended area or in the way of customers. He has kicked the parcels to move them closer to the wall. He has also left parcels by the front door and then gone into the shop and asked for a signature before letting the person see the parcels. I have emailed DPD several times through their online complaint form, but they have not replied.
