I was in waiting for the delivery when I got a text saying sorry we missed you, we tried to deliver but you weren't in. This is the second time DPD have "tried" to deliver a parcel to me.
The customer service phone line is a joke, first the automated machine make it incredibly hard to get past it to speak to a person. Then after waiting 15 minutes it went to a dialing tone only to hang up. So I tried again this time 16 minutes and it hung up on me. I'm furious, it is such a terrible company, I wish amazon would stop using them.
