Awful awful awful - I never write reviews but felt compelled to do it this time. DPD have the worst customer service ethic and are the most unhelpful delivery company I have ever come across. A package has apparently been signed for by the driver but not delivered. Its now 5 days later and still no sign of my package. 4th attempt of calling (after being on hold for over 30 mins each time) has resulted in me being told that I have to ring back to chase this the next working day. Utterly bizarre system. The customer service rep was pleasant enough at first, but when I expressed my confusion with the way my request was being handled I was so rudely cut off. This isn't the first time I have had major problems with DPD. If you are a seller on Amazon or other company, just boycott using this delivery company. They are unreliable.
