My parcel was due to be delivered on the Monday gone and when I called up they informed me my parcel was 'refused this could not have been the case as no parcel was even received to be turned away.The communication between the courier and mobiles direct is terrible!!!!.becuase of their lack of communication and partnership, they cannot provide me with an accurate date to when the parcel will be delivered. In addition to this inconvenience when I spoke with your team they informed me they would 'resend' my parcel and arrive by Friday which is today. To my surprise the phone has still not been delivered and I took a day off work to make sure I would be home. I have now been informed that my parcel will be estimated to arrive on the Tuesday. I am absolutely disgusted with this level of service. Your company are not even sure it will arrive on Tuesday yet my contract started a week ago so in that sense I am paying for a phone that I currently do not have as well as my current contract. This is absolutely embarrassing, what an inconvenience this company and dpd have caused me and to top that I can't get the day off work on Tuesday, therefore what will happen to my package then?
