I am expecting a high value order from Dyson. I opted for the 5-8pm slot today. The confirmation email defaulted that time to 5-10pm so I cancelled an evening appointment to make sure I was in.
My parcel has not arrived, I’ve had NO communication from DPD to explain why the delivery hasn’t been made. Having just logged on to their website it is now saying tomorrow between 6am and 10pm??!! Sorry, you expect ME to wait in for 16 hours tomorrow when YOU have failed delivery today and didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know? I think not. At least have the decency to offer me a time window to fit around my commitments tomorrow given that I have already had to cancel arrangements today when you didn’t turn up. Disgraceful service.
