I ordered a delivery from HelloFresh, and got a text this morning saying that the parcel had been delivered and left in front porch. Looked all over for it, but no joy. Now have emailed three different departments of DPD, but no response. Hoping that relative gets hers so she can ask her driver what might have happened.
Very unimpressed so far-seems I'm not the only one. I hope someone gets back to me.
