Worst delivery company. I have had 2 separate issues. First was a delivery that was delivered to wrong address and then took a week to get. Then a next day delivery that never arrived. I was promised courier service that got cancelled because they didn’t give him the parcel. Had to go to the depot to get it myself. And then a friend of mine had a delivery that was thrown over her garden fence and got smashed to pieces. Minimum call waiting time 21 minutes if you want to talk to them.
