Terrible service. I have had many bad experiences with this company. I would not recommend using them. I get a message letting me know when my parcel will be with me and it doesn’t turn up. This happens day after day. When I call to find out where the driver is, they can never get hold of them as they seemingly don’t answer their phones or get back to the office.
