Appalling! I am still waiting for delivery of an Item which is now a month late and has been with DPD for this entire time. The driver claims to have been unable to deliver as we were not in however it is a business address which we are at between 9am and 10:30 pm and no delivery attempt was made. I have now had a delivery of a new mobile phone not arrive, yet when checking the tracking it was apparently signed for by me with the GPS tracker proving that it was delivered at my business address. DPD have changed their story multiple times to state that 1) it was delivered to the wrong address and the driver had gone back and collected it 2) he missed the delivery and it is back at the warehouse 3) my address wasn't correct on the parcel so it couldn't be delivered. In my opinion their drivers are attempting to steal, valuable items in the hope that they are written off and replaced by the sender. If at all possible do not use this company!
