I changed a delivery date for a day I knew I would be home. The day of the delivery they emailed confirming my change of date to another when I would not be home. Customer service were no help what so ever and refused to get my parcel delivered the day I had arranged. These people need to be closed down as they are terrible at logistics. I have now contacted the company who sent my parcel and they will be recalling it and using TNT instead
