Waited in all day Sunday 22/07/18. Given 1 hour delivery slot, which they then cancelled and changed back to all day. Delivery was then cancelled completely as driver couldn't find us/gain access. Phoned a disinterested customer services to be told (again!) that the drivers GPS had failed. However no attempt was made to rearrange delivery, was just told 'oh, he'll deliver it tomorrow' - we'll see.
DPD customer satisfaction stats on this site ain't promising are they?
