DPD - They are absolutely shocking and incompetent in what they do.
Held my parcel for 5 days with delays telling me excuse after excuse. Hate them. Now going on holiday without a phone.
Never use them, would say pay 10 times the amount with other delivery services just to avoid this pile of failure.
