Wrong delivery postcode entered on their system (TWICE), so never received my package. Sender provided correct postcode both times, and after 43 minutes on the phone to DPD, they were unable to change the postcode to the correct one (computer says NO). Would NOT recommend. Really hard to speak to someone real! FRUSTRATED!!!!
