Unable to find address then unable to locate parcel was the delivery update I received!! I complained to management but really they are not bothered, this is a a reply "I am really sorry but, locating the parcel is not something I would be unable to do as all of the relevant searches have already been carried out and we have not been able to find the item.
I am sorry I was not able to help any further on this occasion."
