I've been on the phone over the last few days to both Carphone Warehouse and Dpd getting nowhere. Firstly I paid in full for my mobile. Big mistake! Should have used a credit card and then that company would have had to sort it out. A delivery was promised for the next day. When it didn't arrive phoned Dpd who said would have it next morning before 10.30. To be fair both call centres were polite, but was lack of communication between them and the depots. No text next day and 1 packet containing SD card arrived about 1.30, not the mobile. Contacted both Carphone Warehouse and Dpd. Advised be arriving same afternoon. Did not. I rang Dpd to be told it's been mis-delivered to Aberdeen (I live in Cornwall). Unbelievable at the sheer incompetence and lack of communication to me the customer, and between both Carphone Warehouse and Dpd. Was informed would be delivered the next day. At that point I had enough and cancelled the order. Got to the point that I thought I would never receive it and I've wasted my time waiting for them to deliver at their convenience, not mine! To add insult to injury I will not be reimbursed until Dpd return the mobile to Carphone Warehouse, which surely isn't right! So think twice about ordering online especially from any company using Dpd.
