From my experiences today I think that it is DPD Customer Services job to insult and lose customers...If they are trained by the 'woman' who introduces herself after your 30-40 minute wait to get through with (as others have noted) a pathetic, condescending and insulting lecture about manners then this explains it.
I suggest that she experiences the many failings and frustrations of DPD s unreliable service and then rings the customer support and experience the complete waste of time getting nowhere with rude people that are not interested or listening and who seem to be reading the same script no matter what the customers concern...Is this a scene from Little Britain about the dregs of a failing businesss employing cabbages to answer the phones and devise the most inefficient, unreliable hit and miss delivery service? They then insult you if you dare ring and demand to know what is going on and why you have sat at home, taken time off work, lost days from your life that you will never get back, etc etc etc to not receive your parcel with no reason, acountability or means of efficient communication or redress... BE WARNED - AVOID !!!
