As others have noted - worst Customer Services ever. Totally unreliable service and only ring customer services if you are happy to wait for 40 mins to get through to be insulted by either staff who are unable to help or ones who seem intent on being very confrontational and insulting.
Useless unreliable service. Companies should not use them if they value thier customers and reliability.
Customer Care Service if and when you get through is just pathetic and will waste much more of your time and increase your blood pressure. Dreadful!
