Another DPD cock-up today for me - waited in all day for arranged delivery showing on tracking only to find that parcel was still in depot - how does this keep happening - logistics by Mickey Mouse.
Rang to complain and listened to recorded message saying that they were unusualy busy ( I guess with complaints ?) and to go on line or ring back later. Just waisted 20 mins on hold then got through and line went dead...tried again and the same happened so gave up...So annoyed with this lot - useless !!
