Sack Sinead Croke for the utter hypocrisy of the pre-recorded message. This is a total insult to their customers andespescially considering the 30 plus minutes to get through.
It is not suprising that customers are frustrated, as everything along the line seems geared at ensuring this. Dreadful customer service !!
