Well today I did get a parcel delivered on time by a driver who very pleasently told me I was one of the rare lucky ones.
He said that often the problems were that he just did not have the parcels on board to match the notifications sent out...He agreed that every day was a lottery and that the staff are well aware of the problems but that managment are really very cynical towards their customers. He suggested performance related pay all round to make managment and all staff accountable - guess I wass fortunate enough to talk to one of the brighter guys!
