It now seems that they can't talk to customers because of 'data protection' even if you have all the details and tracking number - how convenient DPD ....noy sure why you have a customer services department at all unless its to drive people to self harm !!!
Absolutely pathetic company that should be avoided unless you're into phone abuse from rude and pathetic useless imbeciles as you try to trace your parcel that they have screwed up on as usual,
