Missing parcel. Waited in for delivery but no sign of courier - on the website it said parcel delivered and that I had signed for it.
Driver couldn’t be bothered to ring my doorbell and said that he left it with the concierge - although couldn’t explain the fraudulent signature. The concierge has no record of a delivery.
Two weeks later, numerous calls and emails and a personal visit to depot, DPD continue to insist that the parcel was delivered.
I have no phone upgrade, I’m £115 out of pocket. DPD says I have to claim from the seller (Carphone Warehouse), but Carphone Warehouse says I have to raise a civil dispute with DPD.
Basically I’m being accused of lying, or the concierge is, and no-one is prepared to take responsibility.
I will not be using them in the future and will boycott those companies who use their services.
