Rang customer services about another failed delivery and after a rediculously long wait listening to messages about how busy they were (probably 100s of complaints and no adequate staff dealing with them ?) I had to listen to some pathetic and totally unprofessional and naive message from some 'director' woman lecturing about not being rude or abusive and that there was no excuse for this. Their whole system seems set to frustrate and annoy - it is no wonder that frustrations are shown by customers who are being treated like poop. Mrs Director - you need to wake up to the reality that it is your staff who are rude and provocative. They are very unhelpful and disinterested and very confrontational. Your greeting message is so hypercritical and weak. Your service is useless and pathetic. DPD should sack you and get a grip on their appalling 'service'. Maybe DPD UK will be saved by a buy out although who would want their aweful reputation??
