CEO should be sacked as the lack of judgment displayed in their customer services pre recorded message followed by a most ignorant and rude 'service' is just unbelievable. At least she has put her name to this and can be identified for sacking - assuming assuming she has given her real name?! - if you try and get anyone elses name to report, it is not given 'due to data protection (I've heard some pathetic and convenient excuses in my time!!) They just don't want to be answerable.
I have been regularly using couriers and delivery companies for buisiness and DPD used to be OK a few years ago. Since then they have just spiralled into a totally unreliable and unprofessional company who do not seem interested in their customers or saving their pitifull 'service'. They are now the worst by far in my experience and I will not chosse to use them again or buy from suppliers who use them if I have a choice.
