Most of the drivers are OK and can deliver, the rest of the business is frankly utterly hopeless. (Luckily) Had a missed delivery card left, as I'm aware of lots of people not having the not even leaving the card and only finding out of an attempted delivery when contacting the seller to ask where the parcel is. Local DPD depot (Middleton) seems to be staffed by complete moron, who seems to think telling people about his new iphone is impressive, moans about been busy. No ability to think outside the box, or any interest in resolving issues. Really stupid revolving door from / to customer car park that have to use a buzzer to get through that does not seem to be answered. Much easier to simply walk around the fence
