Used to send a parcel. Presently on the third attempt at dropping off without any success. Unable to easily speak with anyone to resolve and even when I did receive a telephone call, the information was wrong.
First issue- local drop off states they do not take paperless parcels
second issue - parcel too big for particular shop (within the terms of DPD)
third issue- unable to scan 2d barcode.
Having spent hours trying to resolve and driving to various shops unnecessarily, I may as well have delivered the parcel myself!
