Re Justins comments - he is assuming that they have the quality of Managment to train their staff - having talked to some of the 'managment' I doubt that they could train anyone. They are rude,confrontational unhelpful and ignorant. They seem to have no respect for their customers so what chance training anyone else??
This is a failed totally unreliable company with failed systems and desperate dishonest and disrespectful practices. They deserve to go bust ...but they won't be doing it with my parcels !!!
