Worst 'delivery' service ever - so hit or miss - totally unreliable -unaccountable - useless and rude / comfrontational 'customer service'.
DPD seenm to have no respect for their customers or realisation that they can choose to go elswhere and use better and more reliable services.
DPD do not deserve your custom and I suggest you boycott them and any company that uses them - it's time to see this bunch of amateurs off !!!
