After having booked the day off to wait in for delivery, I was greeted with a text message from DPD stating that no-one was in (despite me taking the day off and never leaving my flat), further to that the picture they provided as evidence of having attending the address was of a completely different flat! After filing a complaint on their online website, I have received no reply, and any attempt to speak to a customer service rep has been fruitless.
I can safely say that I will never be using DPD again, truly awful service.
