I paid for next day delivery but my parcel did not arrive, I was not refunded the delivery charge until I contacted them myself. It has been two days and dpd have made no attempt to contact me regarding my delivery and I am still not aware when it will arrive.
Best thing to do is avoid this delivery company at all costs.
