A very grand title and judging from the customer experiences in these reviews worth no more than a minimum wage for discouraging any customers to have the audacity to complain or expect better and for keeping them from doing anything productive as they wait forever to get through listening to crass prerecords !!! - Awful company who call themselves the 'experts' on their vans ...If DPD are the experts what chance ?? fortunately the competition has stepped up as DPD spiral
