What went wrong they are asking me. Well....yet again we waited in for the delivery. We were told a slot of an hour when it would be there but were in all day regardless. Suddenly a text arrives stating we were out and they couldn’t deliver. Garbage! We were looking out the windows for the van and no van arrived. The driver clearly couldn’t be bothered to deliver it despite us paying extra for a specific next day service. Customer Service doesn’t exist. You have to email them. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Phones have gone missing, deliveries not appeared. DPD clearly couldn’t care less about their customers. If I’d known who would be delivering I wouldn’t have placed the order in the first place. Looking online and it seems this is a regular occurrence across the country. How can a company keep getting away with this?????
