TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES - TOTALLY UNRELIABLE "DELIVERY" COMPANY
Customer Services seem paid to lie and behave in the most rude and condescending way. Their job seems to lose DPDs customers. They seem to have little desire to be respectful or to try and resolve the many problems DPD obviously have. DPD seem unaccountable and disinterested in providing a reliable services. Their days must be numbered as no company can exist with no respect to its customers.
SUPPLIERS AVOID DPD IF YOU VALUE YOUR REPUTATION !
