extremely unreliable, customer services 1st message is 'not to verbally abuse their staff' (or words to that effect) not a good omen, wasted a days holiday for a rescheduled delivery.
checked tracking service which said still at Dunstable warehouse, kept checking until 6.15 when I called their customer services, who said it hadn't been scanned yet, that they couldn't find the item, that it may take 10 minutes or 5 days to locate it, and that I should call the supplier to let them know.
Supplier is sending another item which hopefully will arrive next week...another days holiday wasted, DPD should pay for my time.
