Promised delivery did not happen- couldn’t find my address and I live on a main A road! Rang customer services and had 15 minutes on hold and was then told driver was on his way back with my parcel and guaranteed delivery today. Nothing! Three hours later I rang again, this time 25 minutes on
hold. Got told a load of rubbish about satnav failed but ‘hopefully ‘ my delivery would arrive tomorrow. I won’t hold my breath. Have had similar issues before with DPD. Can’t believe suppliers use this useless and incompetent company.
