DPD Screw up again today and Customer Services obviously couldn't care less - un able to give me any useful information - they contradict themselves and lie. They are rude and confrontational. Total waste of time talking to them and using DPD is a real risk as their systems are not fit for purpose.
Suppliers take note as DPD will lose you customers - use someone more reliable and professional and who care about their and your customers !!! Don't associate yourselves with this trashy company or you might be sucked out of business as DPD go under.
