Dreadful 'service' - have now wasted 3 days off work leave waiting for an important parcel that they now state after 3 failed attempts to deliver (whilst I was in waiting!!!!) they have lost the parcel.
Customer Services is an total waste of time and there seems to be no-one who is able or even interested in helping me - and judging from the reviews or any one else !!
DPD are an absolute nightmare and their days must be numbered. I will not use any supplier who employs this unreliable firm of liars and incompetents.
