Will DPD ever respond to all this criticism ?? There are so many similar complaints that it would appear clear that their systems are completely unreliable and their staff disinterested in providing the expected service and standards.
It would be interesting to hear a named representative of DPD s honest (if they are capable of honesty) response and explanation.
